The process required to obtain a security clearance is known as security vetting and is conducted by the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency. The purpose of security vetting is to determine whether an individual is suitable to hold a security clearance, that is, whether they possess and demonstrate an appropriate level of integrity. At NEXTDC, we ensure that a substantial number of vetted personnel are present across all our facilities to meet the Government's requirements.
